Лучшие фотографии за 2008 год по версии The Boston Globe. (Часть II)

The Boston Globe (русск. Бо́стон гло́уб) — крупнейшая газета в Бостоне (штат Массачусетс), основной конкурент газеты Boston Herald (русск. Бо́стон ге́ральд). В 2008 году ежедневный тираж газеты упал с 382.503 до 350.605 экземпляров.[1] Газета основана в 1872 году шестью бостонскими бизнесменами, во главе с Эбен Джордоном, инвестировавшем в это совместное предприятие 150.000$. Первый выпуск газеты «Бостон глоуб» появился в свет 4 марта 1872 года и стоил 4 цента.

В течении 100 лет существования работала как частная компания. В 1973 г. преобразовалась в компанию общественную и вышла на биржу под названием Affiliated Publications. С 1993 года компания принадлежит The New York Times Company. Сейчас Boston Globe является филиалом этой компании.

    Ну тут не так крававая часть, как та, так как там в основном были фото из военных действий?? не ужели война может быть красивой?? или как нога ребенка лежит?...а так классный фотографии..

    учила вот я, допустим, в школе немецкий.
    и мотаться каждый раз до программы-переводчика и обратно к фото не нахожу замечательной идеей.
    Фотографии считаю очень хорошими, но описание кое-где действительно бы помогло лучше понять смысл. Поэтому, вот даже не знаю... фотографии, на мой взгляд, хорошие, а пост с ними - нет.
    Пожалуй, воздержусь от оценки.
